Founder

Gus has 30+ years of experience in the insurance, automobile and property industries. He has been employed by firms such as Elite Claims Services, Indiana Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual, holding various positions such as  corporate claims manager and field director.

He graduated from Purdue University BS degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science & Finance. Gus has also achieved the following certifications:

• Associate in Claims (AIC)
• SIU Investigations
• ICAR Instructor

 Licensed in over 30 states,  including IN, FL, & TX, 
Gus also has extensive training in:

• Theft & Fire Investigation
• Negotiations
• Human Resources
• Risk Management

• Property & Casualty 

Ali Zalam

Office Claims Manager

Ali is a recent Ball State graduate with a BS degree in business administration and a concentration in insurance risk management.

He has 5+ years of auto/property insurance claims experience as a senior certified field appraiser.

Ali is also in the process of attending law school to continue his studies in insurance law.  

Eric Dutchess

Field Claims Manager

Eric specializes in managing our field appraisers and quality control. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including the handling, negotiating, and settling of automobile, liability, and property claims.

Eric has worked as an adjuster, auto appraiser and manager with both Indiana Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance.  

Along with a Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance, Eric has also earned his:

• ICAR Certification
• Associate in Claims (AIC)
• Associate in Insurance Services (AIS)
• Associate in Customer Service (ACS)
• Expertise in the CCC ONE and Truckwriter estimating systems.
